Description
We are delighted to present this amazing villa with heatable pool* located in the up market resort of Alcanada with its famous Alcanada Golf Club and some of the best restaurants in the north of the Island as La Terraza Alcanada.
With stunning sea views and a new pool and solarium the property has the atmosphere of a private beach club.
The property is accessed via a private driveway.
There is a spectacular pool area.
The infinity pool is surrounded by a decked solarium which is furnished with sun mattresses, lounger chairs and parasols. There are views to the Bay of Alcudia.
The pool and solarium have ambient lighting for night time swimming.
There is a spacious covered dining terrace which leads to the interior of the property.
The house is tastefully furnished and beautifully presented and air-conditioned.
The pleasant sitting room has two sofas, satellite TV and wifi. The windows offer views across the pool to the sea.
The lounge opens to a formal dining area which has direct access to the covered terrace and pool.
The fully equipped kitchen is close by. There is a door to the outside area.
Open tread stairs lead to the first floor.
The master suite has a double bed, TV, an en suite and access to the first floor terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table, chairs, and has views of the Bay of Alcudia and the light house at Alcanada.
The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has also access to the first floor terrace.
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en suite.
There is a further full bathroom with shower on the first floor and a cloakroom on the ground floor.
In the newly build annex there is a further, really private bedroom with two single bed and bathroom en suite. It is accessed separately.
The rear of the property there is a superb chill out area. This shady area has a BBQ and is furnished with loungers and easy chairs.
