Tourists often wonder what is hidden behind the traditional stone walls and wooden shutters of Mallorcan village houses. Here is your opportunity to find it out!

Ca Se Predine accommodates five guests and is located in the old walled town of Alcudia. This town is not only famous for its Roman ruins but also its twice weekly market.

The property has been supurbly modernised and offers unique and original accommodation.

There is an enchanting entrance hall with vaulted ceiling and open plan staircase.

The sitting room is tastefully and eclecticly furnished with a number of traditional pieces.

From the sitting room there is access to a delightful patio.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and also has access to the patio.

There are two generous bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds. Both offer ample wardrobe space.

The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms and there is also a cloackroom/WC.

A further sitting area furnished with two sofa beds has access to a courtyard with lounger chairs.

This delightful house is in the heart of Alcudia Old Town which abounds with supurb restaurants, bars, boutiques, bakers, supermarkets etc etc.

The renown beach resorts of Port Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are a short drive away. There is also rock bathing and snorkeling close by in the coastal areas of Barcares and Bonaire.

  • We will charge 50€ from the damage deposit for rubbish left at the property on the check out day​
  • The total price covers a standard final cleaning. If the property has been left in a state where a more excessive cleaning will be required, we will charge the difference from the damage deposit.

This modern, new built villa fulfills every holiday maker’s wishes!

Located in the beautiful calm area of Malpas, less than 500 metres from the sea, this villa is the perfect vacation home for guests who are looking forward to spending a few relaxing days or weeks on Mallorca.

The villa is surrounded by a well maintained garden with a large terrace where our guests can relax on a big sofa or have a barbecue with friends and family. The private pool can either be accessed from the terrace or the master bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower available for more convenience.

The villa’s spacious and light living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, two easy chairs and a wood burner. There is satellite TV and wifi available.

The lounge area is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with its central island and dining area which offer lots of space for fun dinner nights. The large glass doors allow direct access to the garden and pool.

The property can accommodate up to six guests. There are three light bedrooms with comfortable double beds and wardrobes. All bedrooms grant direct outdoor access through large glass doors.

Furthermore there are two modern bathrooms with walk in showers in the house. The master bathroom can be accessed from outside.

The entire property is air conditioned.

This property is the perfect vacation home for guests that are looking for a modern villa in a calm area.

This property is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

There is a spacious lounge-dining room which is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style which is interspersed with Mallorquin period pieces.

The lounge has access to a spacious balcony which is furnished with loungers and has views to the beach and Mediterranean gardens below.

The kitchen is accessed via a glass wall from the dining area. It is well equipped and has an island unit with breakfast bar.

There are three bedrooms which are well furnished and bright. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds.

The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms both with walk in showers.

In our opinion this property offers high end, well equipped accommodation just metres from the beach. This is a combination that is hard to beat!

Description

The villa is located on a hilltop and is surrounded by a garden with exotic and Mediterranean plants and palm trees.

The property features a large, private infinity pool which is framed by a large terrace where our guests will find a dining table and lounge area with comfortable outdoor sofas and easy chairs in the shade, a perfect place to spend some relaxing hours. There are also a barbecue, sun beds, an outdoor bathroom and a shower for more comfort.

This air-conditioned property with breathtaking views of the bay of Alcudia is perfect for larger groups of guests or two families looking for more privacy. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 persons and is divided into two parts with separate living areas and kitchens.

Inside the entire villa is bright and spacious and makes you immediately feel at home.

On the main floor our guests will find a bright and cosy living room with two large sofas that is connected to the kitchen with its dining area and also has direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden.

Right next to it there is the fully equipped kitchen that offers everything our guests need to prepare their meals. The dining table with eight chairs invites for a relaxed dinner.

There are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double bed and ample wardrobes. 

Furthermore there are two full bathrooms with showers on the main floor.

On the first floor of the property our guests will find another spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining area with a large table.

The floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer direct access to the large balcony that is equipped with a further dining table where our guests can enjoy their meals with amazing sea views.

The large, fully-equipped kitchen with a small dining table is also held in joyful colors and connects to the living room.

There are two further bedrooms with two single beds on the first floor. All bedrooms are bright and spacious and offer enough storage space.

There are also two more full bathrooms on this floor, one has a walk-in shower, the other one is equipped with a bathtub.

If you are looking for a tranquil holiday with your family and friends by the sea yet close to restaurants, cafés and shops then this is your perfect holiday home.
