Upon entering you are greeted by a spacious lounge-dining room which is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style which is interspersed with Mallorquin period pieces.
The lounge has access to a balcony which is furnished with loungers and has views to the beach and Mediterranean gardens below.
The kitchen is accessed via a glass wall from the dining area. It is well equipped and has an island unit with breakfast bar.
There are three bedrooms which are well furnished and bright. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds.
The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms both with walk in showers.
Furthermore you have access to the private roof terrace.
This modern accommodation is perfect for guests that prefer not to rent a car, as everything is within walking distance.
