This wonderful property with a Mediterranean character is located in the interior of the beautiful town of Pollença.

Pollença is one of the most well-known and valued towns by tourists who visit our island, thanks to the authenticity it represents, respecting the traditional construction of Mallorcan character and located in a valley of the Sierra de Tramuntana in the North of Mallorca.

The property Margarita is fully equipped to accommodate 4 guests.

On the ground floor you will find an open space that includes the dining area, followed by the living room and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen to prepare great recipes to your liking and choice. Furthermore you will find on the ground floor a complete bathroom with a shower.

From the living room you can access the magnificent and bright patio, built and decorated in the Majorcan style that offers an idyllic area for disconnection.

The pool offers the perfect space to relax on a hot day. It is accessed via roman steps in the corner and after three steps, the next step goes along the whole width and acts therefore as a little bench in the water and is also a perfect spot for the little ones to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool.

The wooden decked terrace also offers is a shaded area equipped with a table and chairs to have your breakfasts or meals outdoors as well as sun loungers

Surrounded by a charming stone wall and plants that bring harmony to the space, its the perfect place to rest or unwind while reading your favorite book.

On the upper floor are two spacious bedrooms that share a large and complete bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom stands out for its great luminosity. In addition to a large window, it has access to a charming terrace facing the Sierra de Tramuntana.

This room has a large double bed and a large closet where you can store all your belongings.

The second bedroom, no less charming and bright, has two single beds that are placed together and a fantastic dressing room.

Villa Margarita is located a short distance from the cozy historic center of the town, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and shops and you can stroll through its old town that will take you back to the medieval times of Mallorca.

You must accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and any member of your group whilst at the property. In cases of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to end your holiday with us. If we do so, we have no liability or responsibility to you.
We will charge 50€ from the damage deposit for rubbish left at the property on the check out day
The total price covers a standard final cleaning. If the property has been left in a state where a more excessive cleaning will be required, we will charge the difference from the damage deposit.

This typical Mallorcan property has air conditioning and is set in the beautiful countryside just outside the historic town of Alcudia.

This property is comfortably furnished in a rustic style which complements its high wooden beamed ceilings and stone walls.

The very large sitting room is equipped with TV, DVD, wifi and has a wall of glass doors opening onto a  covered terrace with dining table and chairs.

There is a large formal dining room with a fully equipped American style kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double bed. There are twin beds in the second bedroom which has an en suite bathroom. There is one further full bathrooms and one cloakroom.

Outside the villa there are several covered terraces, one equipped with table tennis.
There is a winding path that leads to the swimming pool which is surrounded by lawn and beautiful mature Mediterranean gardens with palm trees which offer spectacular views across the countryside to the  mountains.
 Walking amongst the trees in the 4000m2 of Villa Marilen’s beautiful private grounds gives the impression  of being in a wonderfully remote location however Alcudia town with its many shops, banks, bars, restaurants, petrol station and supermarkets is within walking distance.

The beaches of Mal Pas and Manresa can be reached on foot. You can swim and snorkel from the rocks in Bonaire which is just a ten minute stroll from Villa Marilen.
Both the 7km long sandy beach of Port Alcudia and the beach resort of Pto Pollensa are a few minutes away by car.
