This traditional property is set amongst beautiful gardens not far from the old town of Alcudia, in the relatively undiscovered area of Mal Pas. It is just minutes from two very nice sandy beaches and also the popular scuba diving and sailing region of Bonaire.

Accessed through a gated entry and winding drive this property can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. There is also space for multiple cars to park.

The main house has numerous covered terraces. Entry is gained through a stained glass front door that has the owner’s coat of arms on it. The dining room has a large wooden dining table with a superb Mallorcan glass chandelier and a wood burning stove. There are views over the garden and the fresh water well. Attached is the American style well equipped kitchen. There is also a large laundry room as well as a cloakroom.

The sitting room has three comfy sofas, a marble dining table, grandfather clock and access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool.

Off of the entrance foyer is a light filled master suite with a 190cm wide bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. 

On the ground floor is a further full bathroom with tub and shower over.

Downstairs is a bedroom furnished with two large single beds, wardrobe and a sitting room. The large bathroom has a tub with shower over it.

The first floor there are two bedrooms, both are equipped with double beds and have en suite bathrooms with tub and shower over. One of the bedrooms has also access to a balcony with amazing views over the Mountains, Pto Pollença and the Bay of Pollença.

Across the courtyard you will find the annex. It has a huge sitting room with with 3 comfy sofas, a log burning stove, dining table and glass doors opening to the garden.

There is a bedroom with 2 large single beds that has direct access to a bathroom. This bathroom with shower can be accessed either via the bathroom or the sitting room.

There is a further twin bedded room with en suite bathroom.

There is a second annex that has glass walls to three sides with an enormous wooden dining table sitting more than 14 diners, fully equipped kitchen as well as a cloakroom.

Outside you will find a large brick built BBQ, sink and fridge.

All over the property there are numerous sitting areas and shady spots.

The highlight is the fenced in pool area with several gated access points (the annex and BBQ area, the main terrace and the garden).

The pool has Roman steps, is 10m x 5m and is 1,20m to 2,00m deep. The solarium has sufficient sun loungers for all guests and has a covered pool bar with a small fridge. Furthermore there is a draft system to which you can add a beer keg to enjoy a fresh and cold beer on a hot summer day.
