Villa Prats – Sea View and Private Pool

Villa Prats is a beautiful house, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Alcanada with panoramic sea views. The most exceptional things of the villa are the sea views and the proximity to the beach and the golf course, which is next to the property. The location of the villa allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the area near the sea without giving up comfort. Villa has a private pool, barbecue and a nice terraces. This villa is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday with total privacy and tranquillity.

The house has 200 m2. Upon entering the villa you find the pool and the ground floor of the house. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and a table with chairs. The ground floor has three bedrooms, two of them with double bed, communicated with the terrace and the pool, and another with two single beds. There are also two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite. The corridor has an air conditioning to cool the entire area.

Going up a few steps we find the floor with a dining room/saloon and bathroom with shower, full kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace have a table with chairs, parasol and barbecue, a perfect area for dinner “al fresco”.

The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, this room has a private terrace with stunning views of the sea.

****A route through the historic center of Alcudia is to make a true journey through time, from Roman times to the 21st century. The center is pedestrian and in its streets you can enjoy a wide gastronomic and commercial offer.

Villa Mar – Villa with Spectacular Pool Area & Bar

This superb rustic villa is surrounded by open fields and has far reaching views to the Tramuntana mountain range. Despite its tranquil setting the property is within walking distance of the old walled town of Alcudia and also sea bathing by the Bonaire Marina.

Up to eight guests can be accommodated in air conditioned setting.

The house is approached via a tree lined drive making this property private and unoverlooked. There is secured parking for several cars.

Our clients will be bowled over by the impeccably maintained gardens with their abundance of lush mature Mediterranean plants and trees.

A wide boardwalk leads to the stunning pool area. The large pool is accessed via Roman steps. There is a large children’s section with a seating area and fountain.

The solarium is furnished with eight loungers. Close by is a fully equipped pool bar which comes supplied with 25 litres of draft beer! From the bar stools guests can sip a refreshing drink whilst watching the sun sink below the Tramuntana mountains.

There is also a basket ball net and children’s play area.

The interior of the property is well maintained and presented.

The spacious beamed lounge-dining room has a log burner, large sofa with chaise, satellite TV and high speed wifi. Meals can be taken at the large glass dining table.

The lounge has direct access to a covered terrace furnished with dining table and chairs. There is also a casual seating area with views across the gardens to the pool.

The kitchen is bright and airy and fully equipped.

In the main house up to six guests can be accommodated in three spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded rooms. All three bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.

The bedrooms are served by a full bathroom with a tub that has a shower over.

Two further guests can be accommodated in the annexe suite. There is a large beamed studio with feature stone wall, double bed and sofa.

The studio is served by a wet room style bathroom with large walk in shower.

This property is highly recommended as it offers top class accommodation in a beautifully tranquil setting yet is within walking distance to the sea or the bustling town of Alcudia.

Me Chabot – Traditional House with Sea View

This beautiful traditional house is located ind a privileged quiet area in Barcarés, Alcúdia.
It can accommodate up to 11 guests and has a big garden in front of the sea where you can enjoy the spectacular views.

The property has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Five of these bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and one Bedroom has a double bed.

The living room has a feature stone wall and from the dining area you have direct view of the sea.
The large doors lead directly to the garden area where you can enjoy the sun with a stunning view over the sea and mountains.

From this property you do not only have great views of the sea, you can also access it directly via the rocks and enjoy a refreshing dip in the water.

Vistafar

Villa Vistafar – Only 50 Mtr. to the Beach

Vistafar is modern house accommodating 8 guests. It is located in the upmarket enclave of Aucanada the property offers spectactular views over the Bay of Alcudia. Far is a stones throw from the sea and a small beach

The property was designed to impress and it certainly does this.

The ground floor hosts the swimmining pool, solárium with sun loungers, al fresco dining area and access to the Mediterranean gardens. To the side of this terrace is the BBQ.

Internally the house continues to impress with a spacious, light and tastefully decor. There is a doublé height seating area and three bedrooms on the ground floor.

Bedroom one has a kingsized bed and en suite bathroom. iIt has access to the solarium and pool.

Bedrooms two and three both have twin beds and access to the solarium and pool.

These bedrooms are served by a shower room.

The sitting room is located on the first floor. It is spacious and comfortably furnished with sofás and easy chairs. There is a dining area and access to two balconies one to the front and the other to the rear.

The kitchen is exremely well equipped and opens to a balcony with dining suite.

There is a fourth bedroom on this floor furnished with kingsize bed.

A third bathroom completes the accommodation at this level.

Sitting above all of this is a huge furnished roof terrace with views as far as the eye can see. This is the place to watch the sunset.

Villa Son Ramon – Majorcan Finca with Pool Bar

This traditional stone built five bedroomed finca sleeps up to ten guests. It is a short drive from the bustling town of Muro and a 15 minute drive to the beach resort of Can Picafort.

Set in beautiful countryside with far reaching views the accommodation offers guests a taste of Mallorcan living.

The property is accessed through a large wrought iron gate. There is secured parking for several cars.

The pool is set in beautiful lawned gardens and is equipped with parasols and ten sun loungers. Close by is a large BBQ with it’s own pool bar. The bar comes supplied with a small fridge/freezer and coffee maker. Furthermore you can add a 30l. draft of beer to the reservation.What better way to start your holiday than to be greeted with an ice cold draft beer from your very own bar!

There are several seating areas, a shady cobbled court yard and a large covered dining terrace.

There is ramped access to the house for mobility impaired clients.

The large dining room has a log burner, comfy sofa, satellite TV, wifi and direct access to the covered dining terrace.

The open plan dine-in kitchen is fully equipped and lacks for nothing.

This villa is a high end holiday home located in the beautiful and quiet residential area of Bonaire. Alcudia old town with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets.. is at only 5-10min drive. The beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan are located at approximately 5min drive. The main 7 miles long Port Alcudia beach it is situated at 10min drive.

This Property offers everything our guests need for a perfect stay.

Up to 8 guests can be accommodated in this bright and spacious luxury property.

The villa has a private parking.

The well maintained gardens are dominated by a large designer pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The pool has a decked platform offering lots of space for sun loungers and a dining table where our guests can enjoy the sunny days and most magical sunsets.

There is also a barbecue area with a small pool bar and space for seating.

Furthermore there is an outside terrace equipped with a comfortable sofa and several easy chairs perfect for relaxing summer nights.

There are three light and bright bedrooms and three bathrooms at the first floor area.

An impressive metal and wood staircase lead to the upper floor.

On the second floor our guests will find one more bedroom with bathroom ensuite.
Also on this level the dining area with a large table and the living room that is equipped with a huge sofa, satellite tv and high speed wifi.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers lots of space with its large kitchen island and table.
There is another terrace on this second floor where our guests can enjoy their meals al fresco and sea views.

The entire property is air conditioned.

For those who like to stay fit when on vacation there are a ping pong table and a gym equipped with a treadmill and other machines.

This spectacular residence was built using only the very best quality materials and accommodates up to ten guests.

Situated in the green belt area of Crestatx the house is air conditioned and it has five large bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Although located in a very quiet residential zone the house is a 5min drive from the highways that link all four corners of Mallorca.

Built on a tree lined street, the property is accessed via large gates and has secured parking for several cars.

The house is surrounded by beautifully kept mature gardens.

The rectangular swimming pool is set amongst the lawn and has a paved solarium equipped with ten sun loungers.

Close to the pool is a covered terrace furnished with a sofa and easy chairs.

The interior of the property will delight clients looking for superior holiday accommodation. Maintained in immaculate condition, it abounds with an eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork.

The impressive hallway leads to an open light filled living area with a high beamed ceiling.

Can Costa

Villa Can Costa – Quiet Villa with Private Pool

Can Costa is located next to the old walled town of Alcudia which is famous for its Roman ruins. Here you will find numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques, bakers, butchers, banks and supermarkets.

A short drive from the property are some wonderfully undeveloped coastal areas such as Bacares, Es Clot, Manresa, Mal Pas and Bonaire. The renown beach resorts of Port Alcudia and Puerta Pollensa are just a ten minute drive from Can Costa.

The finca sleeps eight guests and has been constructed of traditional Mallorcan stone however a glass fronted balconiy, open plan stairs and a liberal use of chrome make Can Costa anything but traditional.

The pool has a lawned solárium with loungers and parasols. There is a brick built BBQ.

The covered terrace has a sofá, easy chairs, and dining suite all with views to the parapets of Alcudia.

Can Costa has ample off road parking.

The ground floor is open plan and offers a comfortably furnished seating area that leads through to the dining zone and onto the kitchen.

This kitchen is very well equipped and has an island breakfast bar. There are doors to a further side terrace that has a dining suite.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor one with a doublé bed and the other with twin beds. Both have access to the pool and gardens.

These bedrooms are served by a shower room and separate wc.

On the first floor is a family room with a kingsized and twin beds. This room is ideal for a family with younger children. There is an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has access to a large balcony which is furnished with loungers and a dining suite. There is a further balcony to the rear with views to the Bay of Pollensa.

Situated in a traditonal village street this four bedroomed town house offers guests everything they could need for a taste of Mallorcan village life.

The village of Muro is a fifteen minute drive to the popular beach resort of Can Picafort yet maintains its working village atmosphere. The village square is dominated by an impressive church and park where the locals walk and pass the time. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops.

The house offers views to the Bay of Alcudia, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort from the bedrooms and entrance.

Accessed through a hallway with a high beamed ceiling,
the interior of the house has been finished to the highest level. The owners have used only the very best local materials.

The stone walled sitting room is well furnished and has satellite TV and high speed wifi. There is access to the fully equipped traditional dine-in kitchen.

The four bedrooms are beautifully furnished. Three offer doublé beds and impressive en suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has an ensuite shower room.

There is an upper terrace that has casual seating, a parasol and views over the pool and courtyard.

Downstairs is a large courtyard garden with an inviting pool surrounded by a grassed solárium. The covered dining terrace has a impressive wooden dining table, fresh water well and sun loungers. Close by is a large wood burning bbq and an enclosed beamed summer kitchen seating up to 12 guests.
