We are delighted to present this incredible villa located in a quiet and idyllic setting where you will be able to unwind, relax and enjoy your long-awaited vacations and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the charming and historic towns of Alcudia and Pollensa as well like its magnificent beaches.
As soon as you arrive at the villa, you will be greeted by one of the best essences of this property… the large garden areas that will guide you to the house, which is surrounded by large terraces where you can enjoy incredible views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and its spectacular pool of more than 60m2.
Next to the pool, you will find an outside bathroom with a shower, so that you do not have to go inside the house if you wish.
Its distribution is presented mainly on one floor where you will find a nice and cozy entrance hall that opens onto a spacious and bright living room with large windows that offer magnificent views of the gardens and the pool, equipped with a large table that can receive up to 12 people and a warm and spacious living room with large and comfortable sofas, from where you can access the upper floor where you will find a large room that you can use as a game or reading room.
From the entry hall you can also access a large and well-equipped kitchen, which has five gas stoves, a large oven, an industrial refrigerator, microwave and everything you need to prepare great recipes. The laundry and pantry are attached to it.
You can also gain access to the 5 bedrooms and 4 of the bathrooms that the property offers. The master bedroom has a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub. There is one further bedroom with double beds and the two bedrooms with the twins. These share another full bathroom.All go the bedrooms have direct access to the terraces and gardens. The fifth bedrooms is a single room with a private bathroom, which can be used both for the service staff and for whatever you prefer.
