The villa has a private parking perfect for several cars and is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax at the private pool and on sun beds under the parasols. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. The views from the courtyard are across open countryside to the Tramuntana mountain range and Alcudia old town.

There is a covered terrace furnished with a sofa, chairs and a dining table with views to the garden and pool. This is the perfect spot for cozy outdoor dinners.
