This property with private pool is located just 450 meters from the beach of Son Serra.
It accommodates up to 8 guests and fulfills the standards of a wheelchair accessible property including a bedroom on the ground floor with access to a suitable ensuite with roll-in shower as well as access to the terrace.

The entry of the accommodation can be reached either via the steps or the ramp, around the beautiful fan palms planted front garden, which already provide a tropical feel.

Upon entering, you are greeted by the air-conditioned living room with a large sofa and dining area. The glass double doors naturally light up the space and offer direct access to the terraces.

It is connected via a wide doorframe to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

Also connected to the living room is the corridor leading to the bed- and bathrooms.
The first doorway on the left leads upstairs to the spacious master bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed and accompanied by an ensuite with a walk-in shower. It also has private access to a balcony.
The next doorway on the left leads to the ground floor bathroom with its shower bath, which is shared by two of the ground floor bedrooms. Both are furnished with two single beds each and are situated on the right side of the corridor. 
The last bedroom is reached through the last doorway on the left and also offers two single beds. It is specially made for our guests using wheelchairs or with limited mobility. It has an ensuite bathroom with a roll-in shower and fold-down grab rails in between the toilet and shower. The sink is wall-mounted without a vanity, in order to offer easy access for wheelchair users. Furthermore, the bedroom has a glass door, which not only provides a lot of natural light but also offers direct access to the terrace.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The terrace is laid out with artificial grass, which provides the illusion of a green garden without the problems of an uneven and difficult-to-manage floor for our guests with limited mobility.
There is a beautiful covered dining area with a BBQ and sea view.
The pool is accessed via Roman steps and is perfect to cool down on a hot summer day. There are also sun beds at the ground level, however the special highlight are the elevated and shaded loungers, which offer the perfect chill-out area by the pool.
A gate leads from the pool terrace to a large, by pine trees shaded, enclosed play area with table tennis, trampoline, and small soccer goals.

The small harbor and beautiful and quiet beach of Son Serra are literally just down the road, about 450m from the property.
