Vistafar is modern house accommodating 8 guests. It is located in the upmarket enclave of Aucanada the property offers spectacular views over the Bay of Alcudia. Far is a stones throw from the sea and a small beach

The property was designed to impress and it certainly does this.

The ground floor hosts the swimming pool, solarium with sun loungers, al fresco dining area and access to the Mediterranean gardens. To the side of this terrace is the BBQ.

Internally the house continues to impress with a spacious, light and tastefully decor. There is a double height seating area and three bedrooms on the ground floor.

Bedroom one has a kingsized bed and en suite bathroom. iIt has access to the solarium and pool.

Bedrooms two and three both have twin beds and access to the solarium and pool.

These bedrooms are served by a shower room.

The sitting room is located on the first floor. It is spacious and comfortably furnished with sofas and easy chairs. There is a dining area and access to two balconies one to the front and the other to the rear.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and opens to a balcony with dining suite.

There is a fourth bedroom on this floor furnished with kingsize bed.

A third bathroom completes the accommodation at this level.

Sitting above all of this is a huge furnished roof terrace with views as far as the eye can see. This is the place to watch the sunset.

Located just 50 metres from Port Alcudia´s fabulous beach is our Property Playamar.

Accommodating six guests this house is perfect for those of our clients who prefer not to hire a car. There are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket all within easy walking distance.

Nestled behind mature hedges Villa Playamar has a good sized pool with a paved solárium. The terrace is furnished with loungers, parasol, and a dining table.

The sitting-dining room is spacious and comfortable. There is access to the terrace and pool.

The kitchen is a good sized and well equipped. It has a breakfast area.

Bedroom one has a doublé bed. There are doors to the pool and garden.

Bedrooms two and three are both furnished with twin beds. Both twin bedded rooms have views to the gardens.

The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms. One with walk in shower and the other with a generous sized tub.

Playamar is just a short walk from the amenities of Port Alcudia and making it the perfect base for a beach holiday.

We are delighted to present this amazing villa with heated pool* located in the up market resort of Aucanada with its famous Aucanada Golf Club and some of the best restaurants in the north of the Island as La Terraza Aucanada.

With stunning sea views and a brand new pool and solarium the property has the atmosphere of a private beach club.

Up to 6 guests can be accommodated in air conditioned comfort.

The property is accessed via a private driveway.

There is a spectacular pool area.

The infinity pool is surrounded by a decked solarium which is furnished with sun mattresses, lounger chairs and parasols. There are views to the Bay of Alcudia.

The pool and solarium have ambient lighting for night time swimming.

There is a spacious covered dining terrace which leads to the interior of the property.

The house is tastefully furnished and beautifully presented.

The pleasant sitting room has two sofas, satellite TV and wifi. The Windows offer views across the pool to the sea.

The lounge opens to a formal dining area which has direct access to the covered terrace and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen is close by. There is a door to the outside area.

Open tread stairs lead to the first floor.

The master suite has a double bed, TV, an en suite and access to the first floor terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table, chairs, and has views of the Bay of Alcudia and the light house at Aucanada.

The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has access to the first floor terrace.

The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en suite.

There are two further bathrooms in the property.

The rear of the property is backed by forest land and there is a superb chill out area. This shady area has a BBQ and is furnished with loungers and easy chairs.

This ultra modern property offers our clients the opportunity to holiday just 50 metres from one of Mallorca’s best beaches!

Accommodating up to six guests in air conditioned luxury this property could be your dream location in the sun.

Playa de Muro is located by the 7km long Bay of Alcudia. It offers a beautiful sandy beach with safe bathing.

It is a short drive into the heart of Port Alcudia and also Can Picafort. Both of these long established resorts abound with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists, etc.

The house has direct access to the beach from the garden.

There are several terraces. One of which is on the roof and offers impressive sea views. Another is located by the kitchen and is furnished with a dining suite and sun loungers.

The house is bordered by a garden.

The interior is light, cool and exceptionally stylish.

The open plan ground floor has a lounge area equipped with wifi, satellite TV, and large sofas. There are two floor to ceiling glass walls offfering views to the garden.

Close by is the dining area with an impressively large dining table which can accommodate ten diners.

The high spec kitchen is amazingly well equipped and has a large central island unit.

An open tread wood and glass staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master suite has large glass windows and a kingsized bed. There is a superb en suite bathroom which offers double hand basins and a large walk in shower which has a view!

The second bedroom also has a kingsized bed and large windows.

The third bedroom it is almost identical to bedroom two and is furnished with joined twin beds.

The basement is converted to a hangout area with a Ping Pong table and a Dartboard. Furthermore there is a comfortable sofa as well as additional twin beds.

Located in up market Aucanada the villa accommodates six guests.

Aucanada neighbours Port Alcudia, it offers some good restaurants, a golf course, small beach and rock bathing.

The villa´s pool is surrounded by a decked solárium which is furnished with loungers, parasols, a sofá, easy chairs and a dining suite. There is also a brick built BBQ.

Stairs lead up to a balcony with a dining table and chairs that has wonderful sea views.

Internally Villa Luxe Ben certainly has the wow factor. The sitting-dining room is impeccably furnished with ample comfortable seating and large TV. There are views over the Bay of Alcudia.

The kitchen is sleak and fully equipped. It has been designed so that the chef has sea vews.

Bedroom one has a doublé bed and ensuite shower room. There is access to the pool area and gardens.

Bedroom two has twin beds and also has acccess to the pool area and gardens.

Bedroom three has twin beds and garden views.

The two twin bedded rooms are served by a huge bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. There is also a cloackroom.

Villa Mirador4 has one more surprise for our guests, a games room with snooker table, dart board and comfy seating for a quiet read.

This typical Mallorcan property has air conditioning and is set in the beautiful countryside just outside the historic town of Alcudia.

This property is comfortably furnished in a rustic style which complements its high wooden beamed ceilings and stone walls.

The very large sitting room is equipped with TV, DVD, wifi and has a wall of glass doors opening onto a 
covered terrace with dining table and chairs.

There is a large formal dining room with a fully equipped American style kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double bed. There are twin beds in the second bedroom which has an en suite bathroom. There is one further full bathrooms and one cloakroom.

Outside the villa there are several covered terraces, one equipped with table tennis.
There is a winding path that leads to the swimming pool which is surrounded by lawn and beautiful
mature Mediterranean gardens with palm trees which offer spectacular views across the countryside to the 
mountains.

Walking amongst the trees in the 4000m2 of Villa Marilen’s beautiful private grounds gives the impression 
of being in a wonderfully remote location however Alcudia town with its many shops, banks, bars, restaurants,
petrol station and supermarkets is within walking distance.

The beaches of Mal Pas and Manresa can be reached on foot. You can swim and snorkel from the rocks
in Bonaire which is just a ten minute stroll from Villa Marilen.
Both the 7km long sandy beach of Port Alcudia and the beach resort of Pto Pollensa are a few minutes away by car.

This beautiful well maintained traditional Mallorcan style villa is within just a few minutes walk of the restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, wake board park and Hydro Park of Port Alcudia. The beach can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.

The property, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, boasts a family sized pool set in a lawned garden with ample sun loungers and views to the Tramuntana Mountain Range. On the side terrace you will find a table tennis table.

The house is approached by a paved drive that, along with the garage provides secure off road parking.

To the front of the property there is a large covered terrace that is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 8 people. Alongside is a children’s dining table and chairs that is just perfect for the younger guests.

The light spacious entrance hall has an impressive sweeping marble stairway.

There is a large bright sitting/dining room furnished in the best possible taste with comfy sofas, armchairs, dining table and satellite TV. There is direct access to the dining terrace.

The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has access to the back side terrace equipped with a barbecue.

There are four delightful double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, sofa bed en suite bathroom and access to a furnished terrace. The three further bedrooms are furnished with twin beds. All have fitted wardrobes and are served by two further bathrooms.

Can Picafort is an amazing and sophiscated resort. It sits on the Bay of Alcudia and has a long sandy beach and enchanting marina.

There are fabulous chiringuitos that attract people from all over the island.

Our property is located just a short walk from the beach and is close to shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local amenities. A hire car is not necessary in this fabulous resort.

We can accommodate six guests in this supurbly stylish house.

The pool has a paved solárium furnished with sun loungers. There is also a brick built BBQ.

Beside the pool is a covered terrace with sofá, easy chairs and even a couple of traditional Mallorcan rockers. Close by is an al fresco dining area.

Internally Casa Martina does not disappoint with its spacious and impressive entrance hall.

There is a large beautifully furnished sitting room with access to the pool and gardens.

The traditional kitchen is extremely well equipped and opens to the al fresco dining area and pool.

There are three bedrooms. Two have double beds and one has twin beds.

House Rules

  • You will have to provide your arrival information in advance.
  • You will have to provide information of all guests in advance.
  • Smoking is not allowed
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Parties / Events are not allowed
  • We don't accept groups of young people - except families
  • You must accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and any member of your group whilst at the property. In cases of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to end your holiday with us. If we do so, we have no liability or responsibility to you.
  • We will charge 50€ from the damage deposit for rubbish left at the property on the check out day​
  • The total price covers a standard final cleaning. If the property has been left in a state where a more excessive cleaning will be required, we will charge the difference from the damage deposit.
