The villa is positioned on a quiet dead end, far from crowded hotels and bars. Walking distance to Sant Pere and Sant Joan beaches and local restaurants “5 Oceanos Chillout” and “Cocodrillo” as well as a diving school, supermarket and a Marina. The house is fully equipped with AC, espresso maker, BBQ, among other amenities. We are near Alcudia – recently declared as one of the Most Beautiful Villages of Spain, with a full range of restaurants and a local market twice a week. Golf nearby.

The property has great terraces and a pool as well as a modern, well equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso). The house is perfect for two families that want to share their holidays or a larger family looking for room to spread out. Lots of parking and a 5 min walk to the sea.

House has sun beds, a ping pong table, basketball hoop, footsie and other games suitable for entertaining groups.

We are delighted to present this incredible villa located in a quiet and idyllic setting where you will be able to unwind, relax and enjoy your long-awaited vacations and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the charming and historic towns of Alcudia and Pollensa as well like its magnificent beaches.

As soon as you arrive at the villa, you will be greeted by one of the best essences of this property… the large garden areas that will guide you to the house, which is surrounded by large terraces where you can enjoy incredible views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and its spectacular pool of more than 60m2.

Next to the pool, you will find an outside bathroom with a shower, so that you do not have to go inside the house if you wish.

Its distribution is presented mainly on one floor where you will find a nice and cozy entrance hall that opens onto a spacious and bright living room with large windows that offer magnificent views of the gardens and the pool, equipped with a large table that can receive up to 12 people and a warm and spacious living room with large and comfortable sofas, from where you can access the upper floor where you will find a large room that you can use as a game or reading room.

From the entry hall you can also access a large and well-equipped kitchen, which has five gas stoves, a large oven, an industrial refrigerator, microwave and everything you need to prepare great recipes. The laundry and pantry are attached to it.

You can also gain access to the 5 bedrooms and 4 of the bathrooms that the property offers. The master bedroom has a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub. There is one further bedroom with double beds and the two bedrooms with the twins. These share another full bathroom.All go the bedrooms have direct access to the terraces and gardens. The fifth bedrooms is a single room with a private bathroom, which can be used both for the service staff and for whatever you prefer.

This luxury property is situated in a tranquil area, just a short drive from the port and the old town of Alcudia.

It offers complete privacy and its spacious inside and outside with views of the mountains gives the guests the luxury feel they are looking for for a relaxing holiday.

Approached through the gate, the property offers parking for several cars.

Reached either through the property or the surrounding terraces and gardens, in the back of the property is the pool area.

It is perfect for a refreshing dip into the cold on a warm summer day, but also has loungers to enjoy a book or for sunbathing with mountain views. Furthermore there is a covered seating area to relax.

There is also an outside shower next to the pool.

Furthermore the large gardens are perfect for children to play.

When walking into the property you are greeted by the spacious and modern living room and dining area. There is a large seating area, a smart TV and WiFi.

It has direct access to the covered terrace furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. It offers views over the garden and the pool area, as well as the mountains.

The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with a large island and well as a separate pantry. Furthermore it has also direct access to the outside where you will find the bricked BBQ area.

Also on the same floor you will find a cloakroom.

Downstairs are the four bedrooms as well as the laundry.

When walking down the gated stairs, you will be greeted by the bright corridor.

To your right you will find hidden in a closet the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Afterwards is Bedroom 1 which offers two single beds and has a bathroom en suite.

Left from the stairs is Bedroom 2 with its double bed as well as the en suite.

One room further is the Master Bedroom. It is also equipped with a double bed. Furthermore it has a walk-in closet through which you will get to the en suite bathroom which offers in addition to the shower also a bathtub.

At the end of the corridor is Bedroom 3 with its two single beds. Also in this bedroom you get through its walk-in closet to the en suite bathroom.

Although situated downstairs, all bedrooms are bright due to the big windows and the smart construction of the property which offers a dry moat along the sides of the house.

Due to the bedrooms location, they usually are quite cool even on hot summer nights. In case they still get too warm, each bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit.

This superb rustic villa is surrounded by open fields and has far reaching views to the Tramuntana mountain range. Despite its tranquil setting the property is within walking distance of the old walled town of Alcudia and also sea bathing by the Bonaire Marina.

Up to eight guests can be accommodated in air conditioned setting.

The house is approached via a tree lined drive making this property private and unoverlooked. There is secured parking for several cars.

Our clients will be bowled over by the impeccably maintained gardens with their abundance of lush mature Mediterranean plants and trees.

A wide boardwalk leads to the stunning pool area. The large pool is accessed via Roman steps. There is a large children’s section with a seating area and fountain.

The solarium is furnished with eight loungers. Close by is a pool bar equipped with fridge and a beer draft system! From the bar stools guests can sip a refreshing drink whilst watching the sun sink below the Tramuntana mountains.

There is also a basket ball net and children’s play area.

The interior of the property is well maintained and presented.

The spacious beamed lounge-dining room has a log burner, large sofa with chaise, satellite TV and high speed wifi. Meals can be taken at the large glass dining table.

The lounge has direct access to a covered terrace furnished with dining table and chairs. There is also a casual seating area with views across the gardens to the pool.

The kitchen is bright and airy and fully equipped.

In the main house up to six guests can be accommodated in three spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded rooms. All three bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.

The bedrooms are served by a full bathroom with a tub that has a shower over.

Two further guests can be accommodated in the annex suite. There is a large beamed studio with feature stone wall, double bed and sofa.

The studio is served by a wet room style bathroom with large walk in shower.

This property is highly recommended as it offers top class accommodation in a beautifully tranquil setting yet is within walking distance to the sea or the bustling town of Alcudia.

Villa Margalida is a modern 4 bedroom property located in one of the most beautiful resorts in Mallorca, El Cielo de Bonaire. The villa was built in 2012, with a contemporary, stylish decor throughout, a chic outdoor seating area and a private pool surrounded by a nice green garden. Set in the Bonaire Resort, you will be at a 5 minute drive from the nicest beaches in the area and lots of restaurants in Port d’Alcúdia. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.

Set o a raised shaded terrace is a private pool and outdoor lounge area, with 6 sun loungers and comfortable rattan furniture. This terrace is surrounded by a lawn area where you can enjoy a relaxing sunbath.

The entrance to the property is through a gate onto the front terrace and gravel garden, with 4 steps up to the front door. There is plenty of on road parking available.

The lounge is decorated in shades of black and white and furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv and coffee table. A large sliding crystal door connects the space with the pool and chill area.

Another sliding door opens onto the front of the villa.

A few steps down next to the living area, a modern kitchen with glossy grey worktops, white cabinets and all the amenities you require to prepare your meals. The kitchen is also connected to the terrace though a crystal door. Very handy if you want to eat outside.

All bedrooms are very comfortable and well decorated with modern furnishings. On the first floor there is a single bedroom with a set of patio doors which connect it to a spacious terrace overlooking the spectacular views. In the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. Both have access to a shared terrace to the side of the villa. On the same floor there is also a shared bathroom.
